Cancellation Policy

In order to insure availability to our loyal clientele appointment deposits are non-transferable and non refundable. No appointments can be canceled by voicemail/text. All guests must be 16 years of age and accompanied by a responsible adult. All prices and services are subject to change. Your appointment time is subject to change dependent on the need to maximize our schedule. All payment is due upon receiving the service. No refunds. It is important that you are aware of the before service steps you need to take prior to your procedure. As a precaution, we recommend you read more information about the services you are considering prior to your appointment.
